Complaint(s) and warranty

We are sorry to hear your order went wrong, or that one of our misters got damaged during shipment. This is not what we want! Contact us via info@chptr-s.com or call us on +31 (0) 40 249 49 94 and we will make sure (within 48 hours) that we find a suitable solution. Also, send us a picture of your damaged item(s), this way we can proceed very quickly.

All chptr-S items have a warranty period of 30 days. If an item gets damaged or something goes wrong during this period, please contact us via nfo@chptr-s.com and we will find a suitable solution.

*Please note: The warranty is only applicable if there is a legitimate complaint. Articles that are intentionally damaged, neglected, misused, worn excessively or damaged by not carefully following care/washing instructions are excluded from warranty.

If your purchase is outside the warranty period of 14 days, but you have a legitimate complaint you can always contact us. We will review the issue and see if we can find a suitable solution.

We are sorry something when wrong and you have a complaint. We suggest filing your complaint with us via: info@chptr-S.com. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation through the Stichting WebwinkelKeur.

As of February 15 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to report complaints through the European Commission’s ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet pending elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
